You gotta know specifics…. Gleason’s , PSA , rectal exam, path report, voiding pattern, underlying health, personality and family situation. That’s right- personality…Why is that important?

  1. I give up. Why is personality important? What kind of personality says: surgery? What kind of personality says: radiation? What kind of personality says: surgery plus radiation?

    1. I am going to stop asking questions. More rhetorical to make one ponder.
      Aggressive CEO types go aggressive-
      I.e. surgery. The guy with a fear incontinence will chose XRT. Sometimes the wife’s disposition will be the deciding factor.
