What’s the difference between a radical prostatectomy and a Greenlight Laser prostatectomy?
The GreenLight Laser opens a channel through the prostate due to benign enlargement of the prostate. With this procedure there is a very low likelihood of incontinence or impotence. A radical prostatectomy is for prostate cancer and the entire gland is removed. This in turn has a high percentage of potentially affecting erections and continence.
