Just yesterday a patient and wife told me their biggest fear was incontinence. You might have frequency, or urge incontinence but total incontinence as seen potentially with a RP would be rare with radiation and is indeed…..a deal breaker for some.
A word to the wise is sufficient.

It has to do with removing the prostate and that being a barrier to leakage.
