Why do I have the feeling the Sloan Kettering CLINIC in NYC has statistical data which can be applied to a PSA which will tell you whether the score you have is significant versus what you got last time.

I enjoy reading and listening to your perspective on Prostate cancer. You mention High grade or Low grade types of cancer. I presume this pertains to the Gleason score? Or are there other factors involved?
