My advice to you from me as a guy who lives with metastaitic prostate cancer every day is firstly to educate yourself about prostate cancer then go and find THREE urologists and ask their opinions. Decide on which one you trust and respect the most. Then decide on a way forward that best suits you and your expectations and enjoy life from here on in. Nothing is ever perfect so we have to be happy for who we are and where we are and recognise those who love and care for us..
